Dear Gentlemen,
I would like to gauge interest for a Carmina split toe derby GMTO model 80189 as below:

in either plain calf or hatchgrain.
Colour could be dark burgundy (as in the picture above), burnished brown or dark brown.
I would prefer a single leather sole but also Tomir is acceptable for me.
Last is going to be Soller or Rain or any other wide/high instep compliant last.

Thanks goes to @Leaves for his advice on this makeup

I would be interested in a Carmina split toe in burnished or dark brown. Rain or Soller is fine for me too.

Does anyone have experience with Oscar? I have wide feet- 7UK Detroit is good, 7.5 in rain is too tight in the toe, 8UK in Robert is ok but has slight heel slip. I was wondering whether I'd be 7.5 or 8 UK Oscar based on this info. (My Detroit and Robert lasted shoes are bluchers and I'm looking at a blucher boot on Oscar.)

Thanks!

Do you have an example of what the burnished brown looks like?

I was thinking about a slight burnishing, something like this

Hm, I've really been interested in a split toe lately but I have too many dark brown shoes right now. Good luck, though!

Thanks, maybe, if @urban agrees, we can do that in dark burgundy... or stick with the brown or dark brown but in hatchgrain leather...

@bamgrinus - i have the exact opposite problem. I have too many burgundy shoes.

@Macs - I am fine with dark brown in hatchgrain or brown.....

Let's see if we can find others with a split toe 'need'....... before finalising the details...

Hoping to run into people irl wearing Doak/CC Galways next fall !

Nah, I'm going to be wearing my "gold" Galways!

And yes, congrats to all those who got in on the doak/CC Galway preorder. I was severely tempted at that price.

GG06 has a round toe. MH71 has a softly chiseled toe.

Thanks! And agree, for grain calf round toe sounds more congruent. Albeit split toe asks for a soft chisel IMO.
Am I making sense?
(I like how that tickles the tongue "softly chiseled")
