Thanks @laufer, so the same size in Rain last? I have little pinky toe crush but if this is slightly wider I'll be fine.

Thanking of a boot, similar to EG Shannon, what color suedes upper would go well with the Plum Museum bottom?

@leaves, do they have a darker navy leather? I really want a navy with gray upper.

Yes 804 last I took the same size as my Rain last and it worked out for me.

Below is a similar boot in Plum Museum calf upper and Black Grain shaft.

Bonafé model Modified 3751, upper: Plum Museum Calf, shaft: Black Grain, 946 last, Chained Norvegese.

@leaves do you have any pics of footwear made up in the pewter museum? I would love to see a larger example than the sample leather shot. Thanks!

Sorry, no. Only seen Plum, Gold and Claret made up in Bonafè.

Thanks Ryden. You just saved me an email.

Yep, this one is first on my list as well.

What is everyone's thought of this but in the Baby Lama in one of the brown shades like Cola or Ebano with the Norvegese (either this or the chained)? Single leather or Double leather only because I love the feel of walking on only leather soles.
I'm open on the lasts too but I'm leaning towards the 804 to be something different.

I think it is going to look great. I would suggest staying with 946 last or 74945 last. 804 last is kind of elongated and pointy. I cannot picture it on chukka model but that may be because I never seen one.

I am going to go with sahara llama chukka on 74945 last seriously this 74945 last is one of best last out there, I just wish there were more models on that last for us to see.

Thanks. I really like the idea of a chukka with Norvegese and a leather sole (maybe even with a beveled waist to really make it sleek), especially when it has the lama leather. I'm still trying to decide on either the Cola or Ebano.

I like the 946, 74945, and 804. My concern is because I have such a narrow foot. I have been talking to Gabriel and we are trying to figure out what would work for me. I'm about a US 14A or 14AA, which causes a lot of problems. The length is bad enough and then having that narrow foot makes it just about impossible. EB said they would try to work with me through Gabriel, with me being in the Philadelphia area and not being able to visit them in Italy. (Gabriel is truly a pleasure to work with!)
They were thinking that the 804 may be a better try for the first EB for me due to the lower instep, plus a chukka is more forgiving if it is a little too voluminous for my foot. I haven't seen the 804 on a chukka either but I did see it on the Jodhpur that Skoak has, which looks great.

EG tried to work with me and sent me a 13.5/14 B on the 202 which doesn't seem bad so far, but I just got them in and am working them in.

Anyone have any thoughts?

I know that most people usually have a problem with a wide foot, but I thought that the opposite side could be interesting for you guys to hear about.

Are Enzo shoe trees lasted?

I was told that the ones for RTW and MTO shoes are not. Skoaktiebolaget has their own shoe trees that are also supposed to fit the Bonafe shoes really well.

One of the main reasons I might have gone with these Chukkas was because of the leather and color used in picture just the way it is and the Norvegese welt. So this would have been my number one preference had I not decided in the long run to finally pull the trigger on another shoe combination I had wanted for a longer time prior to this.

However if I remember correctly baby lama is very supple hence less structured, thus another reason that would probably not be my choice.

I agree with this. I am considering the pewter museum calf though as I think that would work as well as that leather would. My only hesitation is that the chiseled toe looks better than it feels...

The supple leather is one reason why I really want it because if the shoe still is a little voluminous for my narrow foot, it probably won't show as much creasing.
That is great to know that others think it will be a nice combination.

What shoe combination did you choose instead?

I also was thinking about one of the museum calf types, like the pewter or plum. My only concern is if it will show more creasing than the baby lama.
