That's the R1 in black. The other is natural, correct. Imagine a dark brown one.

Correct, but I did not want to borrow Steven's pic. It will of course look a lot like that but in Coffee Suede and a darker sole.

Sorry, Patrik. It was the only pic I could find.

It's totally fine as long as you do it, or any other member. As an affiliate I really try to avoid using other retailers pictures out of respect.

Whenever you gents get this chukka thing sorted, you let me know... lurker[1].gif

The Shanklin is nice...does it replace the Banbury in the EG lineup or do they still make both (fairly redundant) styles?

Leaves is there a picture available for the cardiff in ACC?

Is it worth picking up the Edward Green Shanklin in Coffee Suede if I already have a Carmina Snuff Suede Chukka on Rain? How different are the colors?

No worries - I trust you will handle it. Weird that trees didn't arrive. We could sub out the EG trees for the Skoak trees if that makes things easier. However you want to handle. No rush.

The specs are set. Because the style has not been made with these specs before, there are no pictures. But if you want a chance at an EG Chukka this is your chance sir.

The R1 sole in Brown is quite dark.

Also, can anyone comment on fit and feel? I'm hoping it isn't too unstructured / soft / floppy.

I have both and the Shanklin is IMO a lot more "summery", lighter and more casual. The colours may not be that different but the feel definitely is. Holding the Shanklin, it feels very unstructured and floppy - it actually feels weird putting trees in a shoe like it. On the foot, however, I love it. And it's great for travel.
