I actually have this chukka and it's the AS Radwell. Here's the description from Pediwear's website:

Distinctive Brown Hatchgrain Chukka Boot

Leather from the Horween Tannery -

The leather is an interpretation of the famous Russian Reindeer Calf that was on board the stricken Danish ship Catherina von Flensburg which sank in 1786 off the coast of Cornwall.

Two hundred years after sinking the wreck was found along with the cargo of hides that were largely undamaged and these hides ended up being crafted into various luxurious goods from shoes to furniture.

Which last is that on?

They have ...but it would be nice if you could find out whether Carmina could reproduce those spade sole shoes as a special order Leaves.

Please excuse the spam but I am afraid my question got lost.

I feel the Uetam last paired with a long vamp makes for a great loafer for those men with small feet like myself, so maybe some others would be interested as well?

Nope, no plans of this.

I have a question about sizing.  I am an 8.5/9 E on the Edward Green 82 and 888 lasts.  What size would you recommend for the Forest and Oscar lasts?  Specifically in regards to model 80249, the country calf wingtip, and model 813, the burgundy wingtip cordovan.  I have a pair of shoes on the Forest last in size 8 UK, they fit ok, but I'm thinking that 8.5 UK might be closer to a US size 9, especially in regards to the instep, as it does feel a bit snug at times.  Thanks.

Hi Barcelona,

My name is Gabriel Öberg Bustad and I am the new Store Manager at Skoaktiebolaget. I will be glad to answer your fitting question for Forest and Oscar.

Both Forest and Oscar are normal fitting lasts, Oscar feels a little bit more snug over the instep but also has a more generous and spacious toe box than Forest. Forest has a toe box which is almost comparable to the 82 last from EG, maybe slightly more round in its shape. With Carmina shoes and their system for sizing, you go up a whole size from UK to US, which is different from EG. The fit should be very snug over the instep at first but if it does not feel better after the break in, a UK 8.5 might be better for both Oscar and Forest, but especially Oscar which is a little more snug over the instep.

Please let me know if I can be of further assistance.

The Carmina Derby Wingtip in the video was lovely. I found it similar to the one you have on the website, but is the one on the website a much lighter shade of brown?

Leaves:  I saw in another thread that you are bringing in Carmina in tobacco suede.  Do you have any pictures of the tobacco suede so I can get an idea of color?

Really? Leaves please compare it with G&G tobacco suede. Is it lighter or darker? I have been after that color for some time? What models of the shoes are we talking about?

Hi All,

Trying to get together a MTO for a saddle shell Wingtip MTO boot. Already have 3 total (2 others and myself):

Last: Forest

Color: Saddle Shell

Sole:
350x233px-LL-05e240ef_CarminaComboDainite.jpeg

Design: Wingtip with open lacing
500x333px-825acf08_6972988288_d1dfb11304_b.jpeg

Price: 4480 SEK ex VAT (about $706 USD). I believe shipping is 300 SEK, so that would bring the total to around $753 USD.

We two people so far:

1) Neuromancer8
2) lovingcup
3) easy_golfing (myself)

Please PM me for more details or if you would like to join. Open to suggestions as well.

Will make a great Spring / Summer / Fall shoe (depending on where you live nod[1].gif)

PM NAMOR I know he wanted in on something like this but I believe he wanted a more chiseled last like the rain.

It's a little darker than G&G Tobacco from what I remember. We're making an Adelaide punched cap toe and a Chukka, arriving this spring.
