Patrik,

I did see the polo suede u-wing boot but I'd prefer the oxford. Would be so pumped if you got that going as a GMTO or as stock model.

I'm picturing a similar style, maybe not the exact same but maybe something like we did last year. How do you feel about that?

On the other hand everyone knows where @Leaves works. LOL

Ha! I'll just show her some Carmina shoes and she'll be hooked too!

This has been my first experience with both Skoab and Bonafè and I'm really happy with the result.

Those turned out really well, I'm definitely stocking Bal Boots from Bonafé in 804 next season.

Sorry, I thought we were speaking about Bonafé. Bonafé makes about 25 pairs/week but StC makes about 30 pairs a week. Or so I've heard. happy.gif

In view of the new stock of Carmina's tan split-toe derby, would @Leaves
please educate us on the different styles of split-toe derby that Carmina offers?

We actually have this incoming in April or something like that. It's a heavy stitch split toe, this is the style, but in Polo Suede.

Leaves is really on top of things. Always planning on stocking makeups that everyone wants to GMTO in anticipation.

Wow, signing up for that in April.

Guess that means my original number was pretty close.

Oh, and by the way @Leaves whom exactly did you hear that from? LOL

Patrik,

I really have my heart set on a suede U-wing oxford! And that polo suede just has me drooling!

No matter whether your a SC fan, a JL fan, a GG fan, a Vass fan, or a EG fan, almost everybody is a Galway fan.

Great choice, Congrats!!

I am limiting my shoe kops this year.  I will 100% be kopping these however (along with a certain shearling-lined Galway, whenever that should be available for pre-order…).

A note on the upcoming price increase.

As many of you are aware of, we are increasing prices on March 1st. Because the £ (GBP) has increased to a very high level compared to the Swedish Krona (SEK) we will be forced to increase prices more than we anticipated before. On top of that we have the annual price increase from the UK makers that usually comes at the beginning of each year. To sum it up I've compiled this list.

  • Gaziano & Girling increase about 25%
  • Edward Green increase about 20%
  • Carmina Shoemaker increase about 3%
  • Enzo Bonafé increase about 3%

Still, as you now, the SEK is very weak right now, so it's not like we're actually increasing prices that much for you guys outside of Sweden, it's more like going back to normal price levels.

Do what you need to do Patrik, thank you for giving us this window until March 1st. Even after that date, your prices will still be the best... icon_gu_b_slayer[1].gif
