Hope to see a boost in Cordovan offerings.

I have another MTO in process but depending on the makeup, I could be interested.

Bonafè actually has a decent supply of almost every Shell color. Price is about 7200 SEK ex VAT for RTW (+15% for MTO).

Any interest out there for a GMTO Carmina black grain jumper boot?

Interesting. Where does they source their shell from, and what's the quality of the boots like compared to Carmina and other makers.

Anyone up for a Cognac wing tip boot on a chiselled last? I'm after something like this.

Tan chukka GMTO - only need 1-2 more!

Carmina chukka model #10027

3-eyelets

Tan calf leather

Rain last

Dainite sole

~$385 USD (50% deposit required)

So the boot will essentially be this...

LL

but with 3-eyelets as seen here (this is the actual model)...

I fell in love with the idea of this chukka idea when seeing pictures of the tan calf leather--truly a unique color that will be worn with everything from jeans to slacks. Few more pictures of it below. We need 6 people total and so far we have 4 (+1 strong maybe), so only 1-2 more needed!

Warning: Spoiler! (Click to show)

CREATOR: gd-jpeg v1.0 (using IJG JPEG v62), quality = 90

After hearing back from Gabriel on this, sounds like it is already done and it is a pattern change, so I will need to go to MTO 2 to get all eyelets on the Nevis. From the sounds of it only the top 3 will be speed hooks, which sounds a bit different. I think most boots that I have that have speed hooks have 4-5. I asked if there was anyway he could get a picture of the new pattern, but I am leaning towards just going MTO 2, I wonder what else I can change at that point...

I don't think there is much that can be changed on something like the Nevis. Usually MTO2 will let you add and remove medallions and such. Add/remove brogueing. Pattern changes like that.

Probably right, I tried to get a dark oak/walnut CC one and that was a no go.

Nice!! What size??

I was torn between the 8F and 8.5E. In the end I went with the 8.5 with full sock liner. Gabriel thought the 8F would work but also noted GG tends to be tighter across the instep which gives me issues. I really think the difference between increase in width vs .5 decrease in length tends to be close to the same thing. While I have not tried om GG I know I would have second guessed myself either way, with skoaks prices I could easily recoup what I paid.

I also put lasted shoe trees in the info box did I need to specify GG lasted trees?

We can request a full sock liner on preorders? Or MTOs only?

I too would be interested in a Carmina Cordovan Bal boot to fit my Freddy Flintstone feet...:)
