You're going to regret it if you don't. Someone's going to get it and who knows when carmina will sell cognac shell again. Wish there was my size
post #4434 of 23674

A quick - and possibly foolish - question about sizing:

If I take a UK9 in Carmina's Rain last, can I reasonably assume that I'll also take a UK9 in the Detroit last?

Especially given that the Detroit last is used for derbies, I assume that it's going to be a more forgiving fit than the Rain last anyway, and thus I should be fine, but I thought that I'd double-check before plonking down some cash.

Thanks, all.

If you're still getting those Alden wingtip boots in reverse chamois…  These add some diversity to the mix.

Agreed on all points. Boot has a great profile and the sole is sleek but durable. So much win

im in tears, its so nice. it reminds me very much of the StC utlity boot but this design is fantastic. I was initially sad and turned off when carmina said they wouldn't make it in a blucher style but skoak really made something special here. look for imitators soon
