I used to have the hardest time remembering how to spell Skoaktiebolaget.  Then, I came up with an admittedly-stupid mnemonic for it:

SK, as in SEK, dropping the "e," which is the currency one would use when actually visiting the shop.

Oak, as in the type of tree.  Even though the wood in the photos of their shop and in the background of their website looks more like teak, it is "close enough for government work."

Tie, as in they do sell men's neckties.

Bola, as in the type of tie popular in the US Southwest and which I am sure will soon be added to their offerings (or not.)

Get, as in the whole point of a shop is that it is a place to get things for oneself.

I would actually be curious as to the origin of the name and apologize if it's been covered before here.

Haha. That's not bad.
Apparently, their name is just Swedish for.
"Shoe Inc." ??

I have to say that CS makes some really great patinas and I wish that I could try them out, but I don't think they would be able to make my size.

You guys will have to buy extra to make up for my loss!
