You may be very right about what you said. But size 8.5 is sold out & is it possible to get them normal width aka F width. With 8.5 size rtw or it's going to be mto.

Not many derbys only have two sadly and they are also stuck in custom lol

StC Chelseas have landed!

Thoughts :

- Sizing down 0.5 from GG TG73, as recommended by Skoak, fits me well on Novello last.  The instep is a little low for me, but I have high insteps.

- The width of the Novello in 7.0 is almost the same as G&G TG73 7.5 (both standard width).

- The Novello last is very elongated.  The Novello in 7.0 is 1/4 inch longer than TG73 7.5.  I am a bit concerned about how the plain toe will crease over time.  Toe creasing in my GG Wigmore 7.5 TG73 still looks very good, so I am not too worried.

- Getting the trees out of these boots is murder.  Any advice or tricks are welcomed.  Harder than wrestling G&G two piece trees out of Wigmores.  I need three piece trees in my life.

- StC is fucking awesome.  So is Skoak.

- GO BUCKS!

EDIT: price correction

@tifosi abd I are checking flight prices so we can go to Skoak and get fitted for personal lasts

Perhaps this has already been asked, between St Crispin 633 and the dover, is the sewing technique similar?

Not that I'm anxious or excited but who can tell me about how many days door to door from Skoak to the US once the shipping notice is received (and taking into account however many days it gets stuck in customs)?

Edit: Coming via USPS in the US.

It should take you 8 days depending upon were you live. I live in mid- west. Tops with all delays 10 days.
