This would be part 2. Remember when prices went up on EG and GG earlier this year. I know I purchased like 4 shoes before the price increase.

They have actually had a different RRP for the US for decades, it's just that they did not inform us of it. So we were made aware of this a couple of months ago, and I have accepted to conform to this. Did not have a lot of options.

I don't get why there's all the pressure on us customers now. The no more usps shipping thing too.who is out to get us?

US customers will be paying a price, level with say Leffot and other US retailers, but you won't be hit with any extra taxes or customs, there are companies that handle these kinds of transactions. Completely by the book of course.

So if purchasing in the US then there is a different price which would reflect closer to what US retailers are selling for?
Please tell me this is not true. And if it's going to be like leffot pricing wise. Then dam let me load up
From you guys & call it a day.

When will this new policy begin? Has it begun already for MTOs?

Final details are being worked on, it will take a couple of months for us to roll everything out. But most likely we will put up a new U.S. store front and charge in USD, it might even be shipped from a storage facility in the US (to be decided). But the price shown in this US website will be the final price for US clients. I hope I'm making myself clear in this regard.

I was already on the fence with buying more EG just because I think eliminating GMTOs is so lame. Don't think I'll be supporting that brand anymore.

A 50% price increase is ridiculous.
Ay caramba. If you had to have a place in the US to ship from you would have to buy double the inventory to sell to the U.S. customer as well as the EU customer. Seems unnecessary for sure.

So does that mean we should take advantage of the prices online now before it takes in effect? And does that affect the stock pull of the shanklins if we were to put it into affect now?
