All,

I am proposing a GMTO of the boot pictured below.

Model 973

Snuff Suede

Rain last

Dainite sole

Blind eyelets

Lined (apparently this boot is unavailable unlined)

Price through Skoaktiebolaget is 3520 SEK excluding VAT, or approx $426 (excluding shipping) to the States (or about $526 Canadian) at today's exchange rate.

Delivery time is approx. four months as the Carmina factory takes a siesta for the month of August.

Any takers?

All country should implement this.

That's really hit and miss, besides the price break wasn't that big.

So tell me, do you really like them?

I love them, man. I was hesitant, but Ryden talked me into them. I wear them a ton. Anytime I've worn chinos outside of work or to work since I got them...I've worn them.

Sounds great. Do they seem fairly durable however considering they are unlined?

Yes, that's about right. However if you figure what they cost via some other retailers and the savings is quite a bit more.

Does anybody have photos of the burgundy calf Detroit chukkas? Thinking about copping but I would like to see the color in other lighting. Thanks!

Assuming no problems with FedEx and US Customs (a big if) I should be in receipt of a pair on Thursday. I can post a picture then.
