Looking for a tailor in central Orange County, CA

Not long ago I bought a pair of Hudson Byron jeans.  They're about an inch or so too long and need some tailoring.

Any recommendations for a place in the central Orange County area? Costa Mesa, Irvine, Newport Beach, etc.?

How much is this going to cost?
