Let's start thinking about summer... - Page 16

Can't wait for summertime, these are my must haves:

a red chambray shirt: move over blue chambray! Red chambray is here to make a splash. It looks great on many different types of skin tones. This fabric is the perfect combination of sweet and sexy. Wear with dark denims and light chinos.
JCrew red chambray shirt

Gap's 1969 slim canvas pants: I Love this, just got 3 pairs in different colors and planning to get more in other colors. Very flattering cut and light weight just perfect for summer

A straw hat: wear it every time and feel like your always on vacation

does anyone know where to find shorts made from very thin non-synthetic fabric
like these http://www.asos.de/River-Island-Freizeitshorts-mit-Katzenaugenmuster/zvtij/?iid=2525027&cid=12269&Rf900=1568&sh=0&pge=0&pgesize=20&sort=-1&clr=Grey&mporgp=L1JpdmVyLUlzbGFuZC9SaXZlci1Jc2xhbmQtQ2F0ZXllLUxvdW5nZS1TaG9ydC9Qcm9kLw..
no sweat or twill fabric, and solid color would be good

Anyone here in their mid 20s and wearing loafers with shorts? I'm looking for summer shoes and I'm down with boat shoes and drivers but I havent quite gotten into the penny loafer look yet. The sleek ones look like feminine little slippers and the more masculine ones just look a little old, but the Burgundy AE Kenwood is growing on me...

What does age have to do with it? If you want to rock that style, go for it. Nothing wrong there.

just go with what you're comfortable with. no point in trying to force yourself to like loafers if you aren't feeling the look.

nothing wrong with boat shoes.  i live in sperrys all summer...as soon as this pair is shot i'm going to upgrade to either quoddy boat mocs or oak street boat shoes.  decisions decisions....

the only thing worse than loafers is boat shoes.

Boat shoes are maximum preppyfratcore. Some people pull it off fine though.

I much prefer bucks and oxfords that are not formal.
