Broke the growth plate in my left shoulder, then fractured my left clavicle about a year ago. Went into physical therapy and did all the exercises recommended but I'm still experiencing a huge difference in strength. I was wondering if I should continue lifting weights normally, keeping the weight down so my left side can keep up and regain strength or if I should put more attention on the left side so that it will catch up sooner?
