O'Mast (tailoring documentary) shipped in Europe?

I'm interested in getting the DVD O'Mast (documentary about neapolitan tailoring), but the only place I can find it online is Kirby Allison's site and unfortunately the shipping cost is about as much as the DVD itself.

It's not a great deal of money off course, but still, I'd feel like a dingus paying almost more for the shipping than the item itself, so does anyone know of anywhere this can be had that ships to Europe (Norway specifically) at a reasonable price?
