BTW, Takashi, try both Neiman and Wilkes Bashford to find the correct size. And your friend is wrong. Spend most money on items you uses the most. Bed, chairs, phones, etc.

ps, tropical country? Where?

Ah ok thanks, been on hunt for green shoes after getting some G&G racing green. How green do the shoes look in indoor office light? Outside? Thanks in advance

Really depends a lot on the lighting conditions, but they are a very dark green, so will often look almost black. They combine well with grey trousers in a more formal setting. Beige trousers are also great, and they look fab with dark (forest) green cords.

My better half saw these and instantly felt she had to kiss them ... I hesitated for a moment, wondering whether it would be wise to let a rival into the house but then could not resist, in particular as it clearly meant I had the go-ahead to buy yet another pair of shoes ;-)

I had been eyeing some G&Gs in racing green for a while, but when I saw these, I thought this had to be the 3rd pair of green shoes in my collection. G&Gs to follow eventually ...

For those wondering what the other green shoes in my collection are: Edward Green (!) Chelsea (a classic cap-toe oxford) in green calf and EG Sandringham in green suede.

Tom, nice pair of green Becketts to your collection... I have also caught the green bug this year - most of them are Vass shoes. I have 2 pairs on order.... I tend to combine my dark green with dark grey and black suits. And green goes very well with dark brown......
