My only regret is that I can't buy another pair this year due to other commitments.
Maybe next year....

I've commissioned my second pair of bespoke Lobb boots, to be made in 2015, when my other bills are paid:)

These will be a work of art

The first pair are getting plenty of wear, and just get better and better...

Not lasted in my experience. Same across the board except for size and only by whole sizes.

Took a real close look at these but couldn't justify another pair in green misty with the Becketts just purchased last year. Lovely shoes.

Getting a Phillip II that actually fits is one of my grail shoes. What color are these?

Salesman at the Lobb boutique in Manhattan told me that the Lobb trees are not lasted. No way am I going to pay $140 for unlasted trees.

Thanks.  That was eventually my conclusion although the trees that came with my Westbournes follow up the tongue of the shoe rather nice and sharply, far more so that the regular cedar trees I have.

Oddly, the Rothley's are supposed to include trees so no doubt when Neiman's received them the trees were in the box -- I mean they're shipped that way.  Yet none of the sale shoes on display in the store had trees in the box.  One wonders what Neiman's did with the blasted shoe trees.  A minor point but nonetheless...

Well I called my regular SA at Neiman's and they're going to try to find a pair of Lobb shoe trees for me from another store.  If you find a good SA at Neiman's - say what you will - my experience has been you get excellent service (his name is Lou by the way - in Atlanta).  Your own mileage may vary.

I think all Lobb prestige lines have trees included.

My new green Rothley's from NM came with trees!
They're lovely.
