What is my best avenue for wide fit JLs?

In my experience with Lobbs their EE isn't really that wide. Go with one of their fuller fitting lasts and get the wider size. Don't let anyone tell you they will stretch, they don't. If one doesn't feel right at first, skip it and try another last or size. Good luck.

Thanks all for the compliments!

Also, I'd have to agree with PSG regarding the wide fitting. My Tudor Boots are 9EE and they are a good fit. I wouldn't say they look or feel wide at all, IMO. But that is my only pair of shoes in the 7000B so perhaps the normal width on that last is narrow.

Very nice.

Lobbs are my favorite. For me, the leather is just amazing even compared to other very high quality shoes. I'll have to post some more of mine at some point.

Here are the Chambord II in bracken (basically chestnut) in misty calf that I bought in January. My poor photography doesn't do them justice.

I've been traveling so much I still haven't taken them for a spin yet. Very soon though...

Agree, they only use an Italian tannery who supply exclusively to them...exquisite stuff.

It's fairly new, and I was rather surprised there wasn't one prior.

But hey, I thought it was about time.
