Do not understand how is this possible to happen coming from such a prestigious brand.

I believe that is the new box with the new logo for John Lobb (Northampton).
Blame it all on Madame Paula and her "back to the heritage" drive.

I can´t believe that is the new box with NO logos and NO model written down; it is so poorly presented.  The only reason for this  would be cutting costs in a very visible manner.

Lets see what they tell me.

PS.-At least they should put in the box a 0.10 cts pencil for you to copy the esp. of the model in the box:)

Talk about 'Dead man's shoes' 😄

This new shoe box is a travesty and has completely put me off buying a pair of John Lobb shoes.

Damn that's horrible. I liked the bright yellow boxes and old JL logo. All the new stuff is crap.

Are we that mad about a box?

You are right but when paying that much rest of the shoe maker have some kind of presentation is all I am saying. What Zapasman posted I have not seen before.

Yeah you are right, I prefer a plastic bag with the logo on it, lol.  Seriously, never seen that before.

It's more than just a box. It's the whole changing of the JL presentation, heritage, and direction of the company.

Hope it's not going to reflect on their shoes & boot some new stuff that they have came out is just some thing else.

I understand the direction moving forward argument but as far as I know there haven't been any signs of quality going down, which is what Lobb is famous for. It's just a box!

Nothing an irate letter to the editor of The Times can't solve, eh @bengal-stripe ?
