I emailed on the 5th and 9th and never received a response.

I have a similar plan for filing a PayPal claim at EOD Friday. I know Nick is very highly regarded around here, but zero response besides a stock copy courtesy email in the 3.5 weeks since I ordered on 11/20 is ridiculous.

My shoes arrived today, photos tonight. Be patient gentlemen, (I know it's hard )

I heard Nick sold 1000 pair and he can only process 100 pair a week.

If you need yours as priority please email me between 8.00am and 5pm London Time...nick@bespoke-england.co.uk and if possible title it with your order number in the Subject area then we will try our hardest to get yours out and send tracking details. Thank you all for your patience.

He's working a little faster than that :satisfied:

ooops:embar: Then he should be done soon!

Even if he's only doing 50 pairs a day and had 500 left to go he should be nearly done. My guess is that JL can't locate inventory to give to Nick if you haven't received anything yet (I'm currently part of this disappointed group). From Nick's various postings on here, it sounds like he never actually took hold of JL inventory that was to be sold, so there was never an accurate count of everything. JL probably gives him whatever they can locate, and he processes the order.

This is probably true, but another poster also said some pairs were "sold out from under him" at the Lobb factory shop itself. Don't know how his system works, but the factory must have also had a heck of a sale if he can't locate some pairs.

People emailing him multiple times are just making the situation worse BC those are just more emails he needs to go through. Realize it's a frustrating situation but constant emailing only makes it worse

Pretty sure people wouldn't email twice if they were responded to...

I can't speak for anyone else but I've only emailed him twice in the last 2 weeks, the last email was after he posted here asking us to email him for priority shipping.

Most of us who shop online frequently know that when a great deal comes along you may not get all or even part of your order. We're just asking to be kept updated periodically.

I've only emailed a couple of times as well. It would be nice to receive an email just saying "yup, still getting to yours" or "sorry, i couldn't get them" so I can move my focus on to something else. I think I've been pretty patient through the entire process. If it will take another month, I wouldn't really care, I would just like some sort of acknowledgement to my emails.

Exactly this. I knew it would take some time, but I've received zero updates from him (outside of one standard email), and it's been almost 4 weeks since my order.

I also only emailed him twice. First one was sent right after Nick posted in this thread advising us to send him an email for priority processing. I had waited a week without anything, then I sent him another email. According to his words, 100 pairs/ day and ~500 pairs left, we should all have received shipping notice by now.

Sounds like a cluster .... to me.

I had the same experience, but kept emailing and Nick eventually got back to me and shipped my order promptly. He's totally legit and just overwhelmed with orders. Unless for some reason you need the shoes immediately, I'd sit back and wait, given that the amazing deals that were offered during the sale.
