Patience is a virtue.

Nick always packaged his goods extremely well.

One of the side effects of a great sale is watching some of the shoes pop up on eBay. Also a good chance to appreciate the models we could have, should have kopped. This one is incredible:

Hard to believe that these types of models are being discontinued for lesser yet more expensive ones.

Anyone know why the Phillip II's included in the BE sale are priced so much higher than the other models?

Nice of Nick to send out a courtesy email explaining the delay. I almost panicked thinking he cancelled my order, though.

Because everybody wants a pair of Phillip and they will sell sooner or later regardless of a discount.

Why oh why aren't they in size 5?

BTW, don't think this pair comes from Nick's sale as it includes shoe trees whereas Nick's doesn't

I believe this without hesitation. Some of his new pairs were on offer for half of what a nice used pair would fetch

It mostly likely did; JL 2006 Limited should have the old styled trees with metal knobs and dark wood colored finishes.  The said pair has the newer version of trees.  He probably bought the trees at the same time.
