Help! Dior Homme shirt, is this real?

Hello,

Could someone help me determine whether this is real or not? I've looked on certain sites that help point out where I can spot a fake but I'm still confused.

Since a lot of you are experts with Dior stuff I thought I'd ask

I have a lot of Dior, but never owned any of their made for Japan pieces. That said, the tags look okay to me, but I get a weird feeling from it. The design doesn't look too Dior to me, and I don't like how the pattern is misaligned at the collar. It looks sloppy.

That red tag is from where?

The tag says "Made In Italy" (forgot to take a pic)

I have a sweater that's "only for Japan." Too lazy to dig it out but I'm pretty sure it had care instructions and composition in multiple languages.

When sold in Japan, they stitch a care tag in Japanese onto the original DH tag. Like so:

That said, there are many pieces floating around that have 'Only for Japan' without the extra one stitched on.
