I'm not sure how to answer..... It depends on how much you hem? I mean if you hem 5 inches then they will have no stack, is that what you are asking?

Perfect, yes thank you! I dont like baggy jeans. I like more of a straight leg.

well, if you hem them which is making them shorter wouldn't really get rid of the bagginess. They're going to be just as wide as they were before. They may not look as sloppy depending on how much stacking is going on and how much you hem them. 

 

the best way to find out what ever you're trying to achieve is to roll your cuffs up until you get an idea of what it is you're looking for

Below knee is more tapered on PS obviously. But waist and thights is also looser on PS compared to NS.
