PS =
LOOSER TOP BLOCK
LOWER RISE
STRONG TAPER

NC =
TIGHT TOP BLOCK
HIGHER RISE
NO TAPER DOWN THE KNEES (in fact its a slight bootcut even)

People who are saying that PS are tighter all around is because they are wearing it WAY TO DAMN HIGH UP YOUR CROTCH. It's not meant to be light that PERIOD. But there is this misconception because when its new people arn't SAGGING it down enough, their BALLS are probably suffocating.

If you wear PS at a place where it is meant to sit at, it the top descriptions apply.

Cheers!
UPDATE: Got them to the top Button now - Very happy.

Here is my size 29's

definitely without question, the NC are tighter around knee and thigh.

But if you want a skinny APC get the PS and size down a few.

Edit: Another pic

I know it's been asked a hundred times, but how should you size NS compared to PS? Get the same size in each?

Thanks guys!

Go with Aeneas rec from a few hrs ago-- need supply with the discount code

Free shipping but returns will cost you 6.95 i think. My experiences with them and also with a return was fast and painless.

Didn't even see that, lazy me. However, they're out of my size unfortunately. What's the next best option?

for a normal, slim but not too skinny fit, the general rule is NS - 2 sizes down from your normal jean size, and PS - 1 size down from your normal jean size. If you want a full on skinny fit, then you can go NS- 3 sizes down and PS - 2 sizes down (you will probably have difficulty fitting into them at first), and for a baggier fit, you can go NS- 1 size down and PS - normal jean size. But I think the best looking fit is NS - 2 size down or PS - 1 size down.

Damn. That was complex. I should make a pie graph.

FOR ME on the indigo its

4 down on NS for a straight slim fit with slight taper.
2 down on PS for a slim fit with taper

I tried 2 down for PS indigo and could barely button them up. do we mean the same thing by "usual jean size"? or is my anatomy just off? :o

mr. porter has free shipping and returns which means you could buy 2 sizes if you are unsure of the fit.

Does Mr Porter have free shipping in the US? The UK version doesn't.

I really like the NC cut, I have pretty big thighs and they seem to fit fine.  Really tight everywhere but because the opening isn't too small, they don't look like skinny hipster jeans.
