I'm a 28 in NS, 29 in NC, so I should probably get a 28 in PS? Is this right because I heard the PS is bigger in the top block than the NC

Thanks for the heads up. I saw that posted in the deals thread. Must be my lucky day as I was in the market for a new pair of NS. According to Context, the 35s and 36s are identical (http://www.contextclothing.com/item.php?id=6). I hope that's true, because my 36's fit great as a casual pair and I got the last 35s from Tres Bien (they all went quickly). Fingers crossed.

I got a new pair of Petit Standards in August. At the time, I sized down two. They quickly stretched way the fuck out, and I lost a bit of weight. At this point, they are so baggy (around waist and legs) and overly long that they're pretty much unwearable--well, wearable, but they look like shit. Problem is, they still have very minimal fading (bagginess hasn't helped), so I've been trying to avoid doing anything to them.

Do I wash? Soak? Dry?

hot soak i think

What is the difference between the Petit Standards on Context

and the ones on Wrong Weather?

Or are the Context measurements just way off? (WW has a 31 waist as 33", but I ordered a pair and they're actually close to 34" by my measurements. Meanwhile Context says 31".)

Eh. Just tried this and didn't get the results I was looking for. Still too baggy, pretty minimal shrinkage, I'd say. Maybe the PS just aren't for me...or I permanently distorted them...or I should try washing in hot water.

Just got PS 3 size down, can't button top 2 button, cant feel any space for my balls, can't feel any room for my thighs, almost like shrink wrap tight, but the calf are roomy for me, should I return? I should right? Yes, I am returning it.

i sized down 3 also mate - i wore them around the house slowly putting a button up here and there.

But that being said my balls do have room and thighs just have some room.

id recommend size up one or cold soak them and put them on?

Sorry you mean you just did a hot soak within the past 2 hrs since your first post? I'm not saying APC with sanforized denim will get big shrinkage but how would you be able to hot soak, then air-dry within 2 hrs?

Regardless-- if you had weight loss you'll never be able to get them to "fit" again. I had a pair of Dior raws and then loss a few pounds (maybe 6lbs) and with the waist stretch I'm swimming in them now. Hot wash did essentially nothing.
