Thanks

That jacket looks like the APC Doudoune jacket from last F/W season. Not really worth it at retail. Jacket also fits a bit large.

I did a quick google search and found this site

Anyone have advice on how much the seat/butt area will stretch out? I guess I have a flat butt or something bc I always end up with "saggy butt." I tried on a pair of NS in size 30 and they were TIGHT on my thighs but I could button them. Size 31 were snug in the waist and better on the thighs but I'm worried the butt area will stretch and I'll look slouchy.

I'm size 29 with NS (5'10 and 160 lbs) and I faced similar issues myself. The jeans have stretched out very nicely for me in the thighs and I don't find any issues with sagging in the seat area. The main stretching I find is in the waist area as most people have also commented on.

Thanks. I'm trying to decide on whether or not to buy some a size 30 from another user or pony up and buy from Nordstrom so I can exchange the size after a while if I don't get enough stretch. My Levi's are all 32s and are a size too big, so thinking about buying a 31 NS seems too big, but when I tried on the 30s they weren't comfortable. Decisions!!

i have a pair of 30 NS that no longer fit me due to losing weight and stretch. Minimal fades, hit me up if you're interested.

Yeah, I think so. I wear 32 in 511 and my NS are tagged 30. I could barely button the top button at first, but now they fit great.

Yes I recommend you get the 30's. I am also a 32 waist (in general) and I went with the 29's. They have stretched a bit in two weeks but they are still extremely and uncomfortably tight. Maybe they will stretch more after a few months? At this point the 30's seem like they would have been a better idea though, my lower body hates me.

Just got my Petit Standards... nice denim!  Sized down 3, so they are pretty tight, but they button okay.  Any fit problems you can see?

Thanks.  But, man!  I thought the double monks would get some love in here.

Double monks are cool and all, but they sort of lose some appeal when the toe is square like that. Round-toed shoes, in general, look a lot better than really square or really pointy shoes. YMMV though.

I disagree about the toe box, and think they're nice shoes. But I'd say they're a bit shiny and formal, and have a bit too much going on, to be worn with stacked jeans. They'd work a lot better with pants that have a slightly wider leg opening and less slouchy silhouette.

Jeans look great. Shoes are really nice but maybe a bit too formal for the jeans. I guess if you throw on a sportscoat it all works, otherwise needs something more casual.
