That's weird. My APCs stretched out a lot. I'm a true 31 waist (maybe just under at 2" above navel at around 30.75"), and I'm wearing 29s. After my soak, I was able to only button the bottom button. After two hours of wear, I could get it up to the top. After a day, they've drastically stretched out. Now, they're insanely comfortable, probably my favorite pair of raws at the moment.

Well I can only speak for myself but my 28 measured exactly 30" when they came and now measure 31.6". They are slim around the thighs while not extremly skinny, all in all they have a very slim look. My 27 are besically jeggins, they have absolutely no play in thighs and they are really hard to button. Note my 27s are black and my 28s are indigo - and from different seasons.

I barely fit in 27 and they are ultra tight. I am wearing my 28 PS for half a year now, they stretched but fit very good and not too loose.

I think it's just sizes in different brands vary so much and there's so much vanity sizing that people basically interchange jean size and waist size even though there is a difference. Everyone knows what kind of jean size they are but most people won't have a clue about waist size because they haven't gone and measured it.

To be honest, I haven't exactly measured my own waist size either. All I know is that I should buy W+H in 30/31, Levis in 30 and APCs in 28 (next time!), haha.

Had to retire my black NS after two years. Looking to replace them, is sizing still the same? Remember seeing something a few weeks ago about them fitting smaller now?

I just got my pair of APCs PS in size 26. I normally wear size 28 in levis 511. I cant manage to button the two middle buttons. I can button the bottom one and top one and its only a bit tight when buttoned. Thighs and calves are a bit tighter than normal. Should i just sleep in these overnight and wait for it to stretch out?

Edit: Nvm i just managed to button the middle. I'm just horrible at buttoning i guess, but will the thighs and calves stretch out a bit eventually?

minimally. if they are painfully or uncomfortably tight right now, imo, you should go up 1 to 27

I mean they're not PAINFULLY tight, but they're skin tight. There's no extra space in the jean. Here's a pic

if the thighs stretch like 3/4 of an inch it would be perfect. you think they will be able to  stretch that much?

Here are better fit pics of my new apc ps. Anyone know how long it would take to stretch out in the thigh/calf area?
