I bought a pair of raw indigo New Standards from a shop in France recently, sizing has definitely changed. I asked the assistant if the sizing had changed recently but he said it hadn't. I suppose 'recently' to him could have been 3 months or something though....

The pair I bought was true to size - 15.5 inch waistband on a size 31. Still 35 inch inseam, 7.5 inch hem on the 31. That pair was made in Tunisia.

Just received my 29 NS from TBS. Sizing is the same as always (I usually wear 30 in PS). They are made in Tunisia, btw.

Some better pics showing proportions.  My question was did I size down just one size too small to be inappropriate for the office?  I'm usually a 32 and went all the way down to a 29.  I am tall with wide shoulders with narrow hips.  I'm thinking the 29's may be accentuating these features just a little too much.

I'd size up one personally, those look like they might be ok if you sagged them down a bit.  Looks like you already took the tags off though so I think you're stuck with them?

they look good.

Bought the new PNS. Went with the same size as my PS. Rise seems better. I didn't take fitpics immediately after getting my PS but I remember that they were uncomfortably tight and since then they've stretched out but the rise has always felt small. These feel better and slightly taller in the top block. Still tapered through the legs. Not really any new info in this post.

I got the new ones man I sized down one and they're fine.  Might be that black is different though, they were more $.

what's the difference between being made in Macau or Vietnam?? You're not gonna buy them b/c of that? If the jeans are good, they're good...just buy them. As long as price doesn't go up.

Wragen, I think they're fine for the work place. They should loosen up a little bit too so they wont look as tight.
