I wear them pretty much everyday and it took about 3 months to break them in. That being said, I don't do much other than walk to and from class in them...

Thanks!

which nudie cut is most similar to a NS? Grim Tim or Slim Jim's? The measurements I've looked at are pretty close to grim's

I got SJ and NS and the fit is quite different. SJ in a 32 has a much bigger leg opening + tighter thighs than my 30 NS.

3 months is a good call.

One of the things that helped me was doing some stretches and lunges in them; became more comfortable. APC is one of the more rigid raw denim brands, though. They say if you really want them to be pajama comfortable sleep in 'em.

Will they ever get really comfortable?

you really find apc's to be too rigid? I've got about a month of actual wear out of mine and while the fabric is a little hard i find it very comfortable and pretty soft. I have no idea how some ppl say they think apc's are stiff as hell when new. Also all i've done was walk in my pair

I mean I do have NF 22oz and the deep indigo's which are are 15oz but are a yr old.

I haven't worn them yet. They're at the tailors, and she is hemming them a bit. I did think they were rigid, but I'm gonna wear the shit out them. I loved the color and stitching.

You should have worn them in and washed them before having them tailored.

I can't wear them when their that long, but why should I have washed them? I wasn't planning on washing them for a while.

Depends what length you specified, but they will shrink some once you do wash. Why can't you wear them that long? The stacks will settle after a while and look just fine.

Just a personal thing, but thanks for the advice. I hope they'll be okay, or that was an expensive mistake haha

Newbie question here - what exactly is the APC Madras denim line they have on sale at Urban Outfitters? I picked a pair up as my first pair of raw denim jeans - they were $15 so might as well.

Just wondering - are these jeans sanforized? And I'm assuming they're raw because the UO site says 'lightweight seasonal raw denim'. Thanks for any help

It's a independent line made in and inspired by India.

I emailed NeedSupply about sizing on the PS and they said there have not been any changes to the measurements.

Full measurements on a 29.
Quote:
I spoke with our men's buyer and he was not aware of any recent size fluctuation with the Petit Standard. Please keep in mind that the PS is not as vanity sized as other A.P.C. styles and we only recommend sizing down ONE full size. Here are the measurements you requested:

29
Waist- 15.5
Front Rise- 10
Back Rise- 12.5
Thigh-10.5
Knee- 7.75
Leg Opening- 6.5
Inseam- 34
