^ Not all Barney's Co-OPs carry them. The one here in ATL doesn't, but Sid Mashburn does, and if he doesn't have them in your size he would definitely be willing to help you out. I haven't been to his store but I did talk to him on the phone and he is very knowledgable and very eager to help his customers. He was willing to special order me a pair of Alden Indy Boots without requiring a down payment or anything.

One up for Sid Mashburn, while the selection of APC is small (New Standards and a few sweaters) they're the only one in the entire area to carry. Service is amazing, the store is nice, and there is a selection of a lot of other brands/designer uncommon to the ATL area. And while I didn't try any of it on, the house brand/label stuff was of an amazing quality, and the cuts looked good from what I could tell on the table.

If you're in the area I recommend stopping in.

And yeah, the ATL Barney's sucks.

I have a pair or rescues that I purchased a couple of months ago sz 31 which were very tight at firsts and then stretched out to my true size to a 33, but im not feeling the straight leg any more and going for more of a fitted look. So my next step is to try out the NS and I wanna know what size should I get.

Same as you did for the Rescues. 30 for Super skinny, 31 for slim, 32 for a little slouchy.

Could you do me a favor and measure the hem? I want to buy a pair of Rescues, but can't get a definitive answer on the hem size. I'll probably buy 29's, but at least I can get an idea. Thanks!

I'm assuming you're talking about the leg opening? On my 34's, laid flat is 9 - 9 1/4.

Thank you much. I'd imagine a size 29 would be a bit less. I may just get them taken in to 8.5 from the knee down.

Sid Mashburn was a pretty awesome store. I just went and checked them out today. Sid is a really nice guy and easy to talk to. I will def be supporting the store as soon as I get some cash.

got my new cures today from apc onlineshop. has anyone else seen a tag like this before?
I've seen some new tags on jeans and pants from this season. Stel's had some non- raw jeans/pants with a weird patch on the back that says "Jeans".

the new tags looks way cooler. but that patch really sounds weird.

Aren't size 31s actually 33 inches new? My 30's are currently stretched to 35 inches (34 7/8).

just got some new standards a couple weeks ago off ebay... This post is more for the newbies and all this constant sizing advice that i must admit gets pretty contradictory at times.. This is my second raw denim purchase and from everything ive learned so far my advice is plain and simple at least for the new standards anyway...

"SIZE DOWN 2" end of story....
