What You Could Look Like In a Few Months...

Hi guys,

It's my first post so I don't know if this has been posted before but have a look!

http://static.iftk.com.br/mt/2007/03..._training.html

Definitely inspiring! Although, it looks like he pretty much dedicated himself to this. I'm planning on doing a lot of working out this summer, don't really have a plan as to what, but first going to pick up a landscaping job (I'm a student) so the physical activities can start at work.

Looking forward to becoming a part of this community!

-Cheers,
Aaron

Most of the comments are absurd; why is everyone so fixated with the 6-pack, cut but ridiculously thin look?

http://www.johnstonefitness.com/ ^^ That is his original site, updated daily. He has amazing dedication to his diet (not to mention the weights and pictures and tracking it all). I'm not sure what that other page is.

What drugs is he on?

The time when he starts to inflate is a little scary.

He is totally clean... just very dedicated. He runs a fairly active forum on the site and it is one of the cleanest around with little to no tolerance for 'enhancement'.

I'll give him props for working that hard but he should have stopped half way through. He is too big and waxing your body is really not attractive to the vast majority of women. It makes you look really vain.

He is married. I don't think he does it for appearance any more; I think his goals are geared towards power and strength. Also he is quite bulked up; for summer, most guys will cut the fat away and not look so bloated.

Hey, that dude's on HomeTheaterForum.com

No thanks...

Wow that is impressive.

I agree he should have stopped in the early stages, especially for fitting into the nice suits

I agree that the guy's dedication is admirable. If I were him though, I would've stopped in late '04 when he had good mass and good definition, while not bulky like his current state. He, however, might have completely different motivations. To each his own.

I agree that he should've stopped earlier, but I would also say he should've gained a little weight after losing it in the earlier months. I'd say the ideal physique is Daniel Craig's in the newest Bond (http://www.smh.com.au/ffximage/2006/..._470x311,0.jpg)
but to each his own indeed!

Personally I think a bit more ab development and potentially less traps would be better.

And I personally think noticeably less bulk overall (than Craig has in that picture) is better, so AaronPower, I think I'll agree with you--to each his own!

he's taking something you better believe it!

or possible photoshop
