Brand new, only tried on. I am a 42 in MMM and these fit perfect. I'm pretty much a size 9, would be a 41 in CP.

Look at the pictures and soles have no wear. Keep in mind that I noticed a little bit of yellow on the sole (pictured). I didn't notice it until I took it outside to shoot. Not a big deal but just wanted to point that out. I think these are from F/W 2011.
