Of course, they just got him going the wrong way. Never charged with a crime, tried to take the $16k anyway. I won on appeal but after client spent probably $15k.

Better that the $15k went to you. Your legal bills probably prevented more crime.

Didn't have to use your AK?

Can you explain this - the meaning of single key in the ignition and how/why it implies drug dealer? Also if you're being sarcastic or serious on whether you think he was a dealer? Thx.

Is it implied that he had $16K in cash in the car?

Single key implies it's not his car. Drug transportation personnel often don't drive their own car.

He was probably a drug buyer, I don't think he dealt. He'd buy and then take it back to others who would deal. EDIT - that's still PWID but he didn't sell personally on the streets.

Yes, he had $16k cash in his car. I forget if it was glovebox or center console.

I've driven for years with my car key separate from my other keys. Good thing they don't actually go in the ignition.

I am poor. Rich people don't have to work and I most definitely do.

You're not poor-poor. You know what I mean, you're just being obsequious.

I don't think that word means what you think it means.

Well it means different things to different people, I'll admit.
