I'm still fuzzy about this one. I asked you for specifics and you really haven't given any. The woman says he has TBI. Assume that she's credible even though she's denying he had a gun when he almost certainly had one (and she still denies it to this day which makes her a pretty bold liar if she turns out to be fibbing)
. But, whatever. He's armed. What exactly do the cops do if they assume has a TBI? "Oh, he might be crazy. I guess we'd better let him get away that gun, then."
Family was still denying a gun as of today. Or at least saying there's no proof the gun found was his. Then this came out,Gun allegedly found on Keith Scott reported stolenAn unidentified burglar allegedly stole the gun during a residential break-in at some point before the fatal Sept. 20 shooting, police sources told WBTV Monday. The same sources said the burglar admitted selling the gun to Scott.
I can't figure out how to spin this to explain why this specific gun was found at the scene. How about this, maybe there was a massive conspiracy and it continues. The police planted the gun and now they have forced some police informant to admit to a burglary, and lie that he sold the gun to Keith. No explanation for the ankle holster yet.
How about this. Perhaps, the wife, the daughter, and Taheshia are/were bald faced, knowing liars. Much like Dorian Johnson did in Ferguson, they knowingly started a false narrative and did everything they could to further it. The results were $1,000,000s of dollars of damage done in the Charlotte protests/looting, and one dead black male protester, Justin Carr who was murdered by Raquan Borum, another Felon in possession of a weapon ( who additionally had 2 charges pending ).
I wish the Scott family well in their forthcoming Civil Suit.
BTW: I'm not good at this ( I'm not a lawyer ). Ataturk, can you come up with a reasonable explanation why a burglar would falsely testify that he sold a gun to Keith, and that the gun was found at the scene of Keith's shooting, with Keith's blood, DNA and fingerprints on it. Bonus, explain the ankle holster.
