Not saying that the lawmaking and efforts so far have been effective, but it's something that will take time, no matter what solution is put in place.

You don't find it odd that the 2 peoples that were systematcally shit on (and that is putting it mildly) the most by America, the Native Americans and the Blacks, also occupy the lowest rungs of society today?  And just because the official policy changed recently (and by recently I mean in our lifetime) doesn't meant that things will become hunky dory immediately. Is it that hard to understand that the result of that hundreds of years of oppression will not right itself overnight?

That part does seem to be very important to some people though.

He signed the word "gun" so the cop was forced to take him out

Classic.  The left is already blaming gun ownership for this guy in Indianapolis getting shot by police.  If he wasn't allowed to own a gun, the police wouldn't have shot him.

Wasn't that the police excuse though? He had a gun?

When has that ever stopped police from shooting?

I'm playing this video game called Deus Ex and they tried to tie their cyberpunk plot to BLM and it was cute.

Per harvey's "there's no situation so bad that the police can't make it worse" theory:
Black homeowner calls police over carjacking, gets shot by police.

It's cool though. The cop got home safe at the end of his shift. That's the only thing that matters.
