The officer's actions were completely unwarranted in this situation. He should be charged with assault.

he was fired - story I read had the girl now wearing a cast, bandages, etc.

They did a sting over pot? Was the kid trying to buy Kilos at a Carl's Jr. parking lot?

No. Apparently his girlfriend called or texted the cops by accident and told them about the drug sale. You can't make this stuff up.

How do you accidentally text the cops?

She was probably sucking some Cop's dick, and just wanted him arrested. Who knows? Broad is shady for sure.

I'm guessing she had them on speed dial because she was already an informant.

Otherwise imagine how that seems to the cops. They told us they were doing a drug deal in the parking lot and when we show up he drives the car at me. If he's just trying to get away why did they call us here in the first place?

Life is even harder now for the South Carolina teen assaulted by ex-Deputy Ben Fields — she recently lost her mother

In an interview with the Daily News, Todd Rutherford, the respected Columbia, S.C., attorney representing the assault victim of the recently terminated Deputy Ben Fields, revealed that his client, in addition to suffering injuries on her face, neck, and arm, is a recent orphan living in foster care.

Seems like a good example of why behavioral problems in school should be handled by the administration and not jackbooted thugs.

Didn't the administration call in the thugs in the first place? Can't say I'm surprised the ambulance chaser who picked her up had her put in a cast, though.

Anyway, we were talking about the girl's father being upset. Wonder why he didn't take her in after mom died.

I noticed the boy that was interviewed said that she was new in the class and didn't seem to know her name.  And then when Hulk Hogan was showing her what the biggest biceps in the world looked looked like around her neck, not one of the other students called her name.  I thought that was odd as well.

For all we know the whole thing started because she was looking at a picture of her dead parent(s) on her phone

Either way the teacher was a dick and administration were even bigger dicks

When I went to school they gave whippings to stupid kids. By the time they got to high school they knew how to behave.

Anyway, the world is very different today. Even the food servered in public schools seems rather unhealthy, which I'm sure would effect behavior. I wonder what were eating sometimes, they add so many unnecessary... School environment is very different. Home environment for some children is terrible. I'd like to hear her side. On the other hand, smart says to cooperate.
