(If it was not Ataturk...apologies. But I believe it was.)

I did not mean literally five seconds, but it was not for very long. I am not in a position to watch it again or count frames or whatever. How long was it?

Past guys who did that ended up getting chocked to death.

Ataruk would have shot an ununiformed guy jumping.. not saying defenfung himself against all 5 but the first should be fucked up

I don't follow, how does your comment relate to chocking?

On the topic of the "War on Police"

https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/the-watch/wp/2015/09/10/once-again-there-is-no-war-on-cops-and-those-who-claim-otherwise-are-playing-a-dangerous-game/?tid=sm_fb

Conclusion: there is no war on police. Officer deaths are on pace for this to be the second safest year in history.

For all the talk from the apologists about how media coverage of police abuses is driving a supposed war on cops and costing lives, media coverage of police deaths falsely leads the public to think that there's been some rash of cop killings. More importantly, it leads cops to believe that they're facing increased risks. Even well intended cops could get a hair trigger when they're constantly bombarded with news about how people are constantly out to kill them, and statistics don't get internalized the same way.

Thank god he got home safe at the end of his shift!

If he was anyone but a high profile athlete, I bet he would have been charged with resisting arrest for not immediately complying with that plain clothes pig who manhandled him without identifying himself.

Some complete stranger in plain clothes comes to me like that, and we are fighting to the death. Can't believe he didn't start wailing on the Cop. That could of gone so fucking bad.

You would've been shot for resisting arrest.

I do wonder what that lady said to them, her body language would indicate something rather charming.

Mr Blake doesn't seem like the kind of guy capable of defending himself against this cop and it looked like he was taking completely by surprise, I'd be shocked if many of us could stop being cuffed.

Sad statement about N.Y. though with no one bothering to even notice or care.

So to one of our lawyers what was the PC for those actions? Did his posture indicate a threat? Did he appear to be in the middle of or recent completion of a crime?
