I think everyone needs to video tape the police whenever they encounter a citizen. I also think everyone should do what the lawyers say to do and refuse to answer any and all questions along with a few other things. Perhaps when they are alienated to the point where no one will even say good morning to them they'll get it.

...but they are known to arrest you for that as well.

Apparently heckling at professional sporting events is a crime: http://www.myfoxdc.com/story/23411950/undercover-officers-at-nfl-games-aim-to-prevent-excessive-heckling#axzz2egR6U264

Don't cops have something real to do?

No, they already solved all crimes.

Looks like the cops have moved on from dogs to coyotes... you know, because of the kids

Not even close. It is standard practice to shoot sick wild animals in situations like this.

Yeah hate to say it but I'm with the cops on this one. If there's no animal control, then somebody's got to do this kind of stuff.

I don't know - I feel they could have easily called animal control.

Animal control tends to shoot sick wild animals on the spot. The risk of contracting or spreading some nasty diseases is the reason why. Around here there is no animal control and if you call the PD they pretty much tell you to go shoot it and they'll be by to pick it up.

Fair. Plus it is St Louis Park, so unlike their Minneapolis neighbors, it is probably the only time the cop will use his gun.

Charlotte police kill unarmed man who may have been running to them for help

I'd say this is unbelievable, but as more and more people begin reporting on the behavior of law enforcement, I'm really not that surprised anymore. Angry, but not surprised.

You don't go to the police for help, they only kill. A reasonable person would have gone to someone who could help.
