Charles Tyrwhitt - Page 17

The placket and pocket on the BB shirt are massive! They don't scale them down for the smaller shirt sizes so it looks comical.

It's hard to tell. All of the ESF that I have already have darts, but I don't wear 14.5.

I have 2 esf shirts and they come with darts, they are 14.5. For a tighter shirt he can try Thomas pink super slim fit, they are more expensive though.

Thank you for all the feedback guys,

I'll just probably get the back taken in and slim the sleeves as they're pretty roomy

but yeah I guess this is the best I can do for now as I'm a broke college student

Hi there, I just thought this would be the best place to put it out, but I actually work at Charles Tyrwhitt, so if you have any questions I can certainly give you an answer to the best of my knowledge and experience.

So do all ESF shirts have darts? If so, it doesn't look like those shirts in the first picture have them...
I have four different styles, all ESF, and all have darts. Maybe HighlandRum can confirm.

Why don't you try Calvin Klein extreme slim fit shirts? I bought one at the Ross about a month ago and it cost 21 dls. The fit is slimmer than BB and Tyrwhitt

ESF all have darts running down the back placket seams, tightening the shirt across the chest in particular.

This is across the board from the standard poplins to the black label shirts.

Does anyone else think that CT wide collars are too wide and classic collars are too long/pointy, as compared too T.M. Lewin collars, which are just about right?
Yeah my esf shirts already come with darts, so what can I do?

You can get the side seams taken in.

CT is currently having a buy 1 get 2 sale. Don't fall for it because you are buying 1 for retail price(about $160) so basically you are paying about $53 each.

As much as I really like CT's products, their sales tactics are freaking brutal.

Yeah the sales stuff is just shy of JAB. Getting 3 shirts for $53 each is pretty much regular pricing, like their 4 for 200 ($50 each). The advantage here is you only need to buy 3, though you pay about $10 for that privilege.
