Is it still acceptable for a guy in his late 20s to wear his hat like this?

Basically not altering it and just putting it on(front of course). Not arching the bill or taking off the sticker.

How do you define "late 20s?"

There's a guy I know who keeps wearing a baseball-like hat cocked to the side, even while dressed up. I think he's around 19 or 20. He can kind of pull it off, but not for much longer.

My recommendation: Go to your local hat shop (one which has a variety of styles and just caps or trucker hats) and look for something more refined. Have you tried a fedora? You may look good in it!

I'm 28. I think a fedora would look silly on me. I wouldn't wear the baseball cap sideways, I would literally buy it from the store, then put it front facing on my head without taking off the sticker.

I guess I will say this. There is nothing wrong with wearing a hat as you describe. However, I have never seen a single person wearing a baseball hat in any manner that I thought looked great or would not have looked better without said hat.
