A newish friend of Sally's gained during the off screen time. No one really important other than how she makes Betty feel and act.

The scenes with the 15 year old were bizzare. Betty's teasing her hubby about raping the girl were weird. My major questions were 1. Why didn't Betty bat an eye when she caught the girl smoking in the kitchen? 2. Why the lack of emotion from the family that she dissappeared? 3. When is someone going to punch sally in the face?

It was an okay episode. I loved Pete's sarcasm at Don. Curious to see where things will head.

Because Betty's a dumb bitch and hasn't told anyone that the girl didn't go to Julliard.

I can't remember...was that her on the phone with Sally near the end of the episode? Everybody thinks she is child prodigy off playing her violin.

I used to detest Sally and over the last few seasons have grown to like her character.

I just realised the account person for koss who keeps pushing Peggy to call Chaough is Burt Peterson, the account manager fired at Sterling Cooper in season three. It's at least consistent. He is a widow and when he was fired his wife had cancer.

Chaough is collecting all ex Sterling Cooper people.

Don't get me wrong, Linda Cardellini is still hot and will always probably be hot, but she looks like an attractive woman in her mid 40s, not her mid 30s. It's weirding me out.

I thinks it's pretty interesting how both Don and Pete are having affairs so close to home. They both seem to be quite similar. Pete I understand because he married for money but not sure with Don. Certainly something changed in his outlook towards Megan when she begged him for his help. He seemed to have stopped looking towards her as an equal at that point.
I am cringing though with every sean of him banging her in the maid's room though, I keep waiting for the doctor husband to walk in.

they're both married to beautiful women with wonderful personalities. They are just bored and want something different. Pretty much like every guy I've ever known who made a habit of cheating on his wife.

I disagree though. Pete was never happy with Trudy, I think he was (and still may be) in love with Peggy. Don.....disfunctional in every way with women but with Megan he seemed to be totally into her. Remember him lecturing Pete on "having it all and not wanting to mess it up"? To me it just seemed like he lost respect or something when she was crying because he wanted her to do it on her own, and when he helped her I think he just saw that she was like every other women.
I don't know, maybe I'm looking too deeply into it.

Pete hates himself and wants women that he can think he can feel superior to in one way or another. Don is a gypsy from the edge of society trying to pretend to be a company man. He doesn't think that love is real unless it's secret and desperate.

I think Don and Pete are simply scumbags.

It was better than last week but still lacks some fire.

Whoa, she is hot, but she looks horrible on camera. Amazing what hair can do.

That restaurant scene was the best passage of the show in quite a while. "And you enjoy how foolish they both look". Don is such a piece of shit. Pounds the other woman and then goes home to talk about kids.

Now that his wife knows. By the way, just realized that Pete's wife is Annie from Community and she stuffed it up his ass real fast.

Where Don typically beds them and moves on with a minimum of emotion we can probably count on Pete to go total A-Hole and say and do all kinds of wonderful things. This season finally has some grit. Thanks Pete. Glad your sideburns aren't all you have going for you this season. smile.gif
