Gordon Yao and WW CHan seem to have a lot of positive feedbacks here in SF. Anyone who purchased from them recently?

I just dropped off some cloth for my first CMT jacket with Gordon Yao. Will keep this thread updated with the final result.

Does anyone know any places with a good selection of socks (besides The Armoury)?

pantherella available at lane crawford (tsim sha tsui, central, admiralty and causeway bay)
pantherella also available at ascot chang (peninsular hotel but not sure if they carry it in other branches)
corgi (to the best of my knowledge, nowhere to be found in hong kong)
gallo at tassels, landmark, central
sorley at the armoury, pedder street, central
church's (pacific place/prince's) carry socks too (maybe john lobbs at mandarin oriental or burluti at prince's building too???)
you may also try brooks brothers or even uniqlo scattered around the city.

anyway, the internet seems to have better options and a better price point.

Gordon quoted me cmt for USD $1020 for his Australian trip. That's quite a bit of difference to 6k HkD! Hmm...annoying..

 

did that include pants? My quote was for jacket only, and close to 1700HKD sounds close to his rate for pants.

Yes it did - so I guess it makes a bit more sense now.
