Without a doubt, squats and lunges. Can you get enough good calories down to gain weight?

Eat lots of protein (caloric excess) and do squats and deadlifts.

Ya squats are the best - but hard on the knees. Also incline leg presses using a full range of motion hits the glutes hard, as well as leg curls.
