Scenario One:

Let's say your friend's living in Paris. You visit, and he's all "Yeah, let's go hang out in the Marais and drink rose and eat oysters and dance until our hearts explode!" You, because you're pathetic, can only say "But, fair friend, dear companion, I have only my sketchers with me!" That sucks, you suck, you're letting us all down.

Consider, instead:

1 pair Maison Martin Margiela (3 M's for sheer jouissance!) dope-as-**** high tops - the highest tops of all
1 pair slim, tapered sweats
1 long tank top, exposing your chest hair just so
1 knit baseball jacket from Adam Kimmel - just, you know, to keep it real

Yes. Yes. Can you feel that? That is magical.

"Synthese" you might ask, "Where can I find those jawnz?"

Fear not!

Here, for your consideration, is a pair of almost disturbingly nice MAISON MARTIN MARGIELA (rolls off the motherfucking tongue like peppermint crack) PADDED (OG, as the kids say) HIGH TOP SNEAKERS

FUUUUUUUUUUUUUCK

They are in weirdly good condition - almost no wear on the soles, and only the most minor scuffs and denim staining. The insoles are in tip-top, fighting shape, and the laces are DTF. These are a size 44, which fit like a COMMON PROECTS 43, otherwise known as a US 10-10.5. They are TOO SMALL FOR ME, which is ******* AWFUL.

Do yourself a favor and up your game. Infinite swag? Check. Oysters, rose, dancing? That, my friends, is up to you.

They can be yours for the price of 350 USD, not including shipping from the UK.

SOLD

Scenario Two:

Your super-hot friend invites you to a party in an old warehouse. Maybe it was a meat-packing plant, maybe it was used for industrial manufacture, you don't know. You don't care. Your fingers drip with heavy jewelry. Your beard hasn't been clean-shaven since you were born. You live in anatomically cut wool-and-paper blend trousers that cost more than a used car. You are the ******* man. But you need boots. Again, allow me to step in.

These AUGUSTA (A1923) Linen-Over-Leather lace-up combat boots in SIZE 43/9 will take you from rainy streets and cobblestone puddles in Italy to conceptual installations in Barcelona, to rough-neck biker bars in the Midwest, right back to the warehouse with your supermodel friends. They are the baddest of the bad, and - if I may say so myself - the linen-over-leather treatment gives them an absolutely fantastic textural twist on the usual distressed leather shtick. They are again in almost obnoxiously good shape, mostly due to the fact that I have worn them, I think, less than ten times since I bought them. They have vibram soles and heels for your pleasure.

These boots have an elongated toebox and a narrow shaft, which means that they will fit a range of sizes. I am a US 11 and find them very comfortable, but I imagine a 10.5 would have no problems whatsoever, and I think they could probably accommodate up to a size 11.5 very comfortably.

I am offering them at 750 USD, not including shipping from the UK, but I may be open to offers. Enjoy!

Scenario Three:

I tried to think of a really cool story to tell about these boots, but what is there to say? I have considered this sale for a while now, and it makes me very sad - I had a whole bunch of awesome fits in mind when I bought them, but with one thing and another, I always just end up reaching for another pair of boots. I don't really like owning things that I don't wear, so they've wound up here. It's bittersweet. From one of the greatest cult brands of all time, this is a pair of Cloak denim/suede Desert Boots. They can be worn with trousers tucked into them for a grungy Han Solo feeling, or with looser pants over them for a space-cowboy vibe. I really hope that someone can pick these up and get some use out of them, because they really deserve it. These are showing their age a bit, and aside from the (purposefully) loose threads at the top of the shaft, they have some fraying of the seams that I've shown below. The soles, however, are in great shape, and the boots are very, very comfortable.

They are also a size 43, but they run large, so they fit a US 11 best (although a 10.5 could certainly enjoy them as well)

All things considered, I am selling them for 130 USD (not including shipping), although if the right person comes along, I may be willing to cut a deal.

As always, please feel free to get in touch with me with any questions you may have. At this time I am only accepting Pay Pal, and I am shipping from the UK, so please inquire, as shipping will likely not be the cheapest - hence the relatively low prices for the goods. That said, if I have dealt with you in the past, we may be able to work something out.
