+1 in concept. Can't imagine why there would be an issue if there's nothing obviously recognizable.
That said, the iconic Gucci loafer and most common Ferragamo belt I see both are pretty obvious. Unless you leave your jacket label on or someone is an absolute expert in identifying different cuts of jackets, nobody will ever know what type of jacket or suit you are wearing. Same with most good ties. Designer loafers and belts tend to be (but are not always) different and have a much higher risk of making you look like an advertisement.
