In a sign that not everything is fair in the fashion world, True Religion Inc. reported Wednesday that their fourth-quarter earnings surpassed Wall Street estimates, prompting a jump in share prices. For the final three months of 2012, True Religion reported a net income of $13.8 million, off revenues of $137 million, a 14.8% increase over fourth-quarter 2011. These numbers are nothing short of horrifying: it’s difficult to imagine any more pairs of True Religion leaking into an already saturated market place, while worthwhile denim brands like KMW flounder. Awful.
Over the past several years Pitti Uomo has become known for being a destination to find and blog stylish menswear outfits as an actual tradeshow, and prominent in many of these photos is a curved gravel wall, perfect for resting a foot on. This thread catalogues the best of the wall pictures – it’s a gravelly delight.
