"Ok, ok, does it look bigger if I do this?"
Camo bag and camo socks.
"To my darling Penelope, I have been at Pitti for nearly 4 hours now, but it feels as if seeing you was forever ago. I have seen many things -wondrous things- and sitting on this beautiful wall has given me the courage to compose my thoughts on the matter. I now do everything with leather gloves on: eat, smoke, and wave at Scott Schuman to take my picture. Writing is one of the few things that I have not yet mastered. I trust Tommy Ton can teach me. Or the ambiguously heterosexual Italian man sitting to my left.
Nick Wooster smiled at me today. Ok that's a lie -he never smiles-but I think he looked in my direction...but he could have just been staring at a photographer. I gave him a leather gloved wave and I believe he acknowledged me with a wrinkle of his moustache.
I dream of never leaving here, being surrounded by terribly smoked cigarettes and a parade of bare ankles here at this blissful wall. But alas, I must finish my time here, three gentleman are telling me that they need to stretch their knees up to their forehead on this very section of the wall (they say it helps with drape of their pants, whatever that means).
Bye for now Penelope, I will see you soon and tell you in person how great it was to finally be photographed by a street fashion blogger! At least that's what he said he was...it was kind of curious why he asked me to remove my clothes, but these men are inspirational!
