I wasn't really sure where I should post this thread but I figured Streetwear and Denim would be as good as any.

Me and a buddy of mine started a blog...and it's all about steez. It's still in its infancy but we're havin' a ball with this thing and I wanted you guys to join in on the fun if you were so inclined.

www.getyoursteez.com

I have mad respect for the character and opinions of the individuals on this forum so I'm anxious to see what you guys think. I hope you enjoy.

Cheers!

Kenny, I think you missed the point of that post on the top. The title was "Steezy or Cheezy." It was meant to be kind of such as a fun questionnaire or diversion,,, i think

good looks on the blog, sternowl
will look forward to future posts

the angry mime look on that guy in the last picture is hilarious

So, does anyone consider 'steez' a slap in the face? I know when the title of 'metrosexual' came out it described men who spent lots of time and money on their appearance. I looked at it as a dig because metrosexuals (or people described as such) seem totally foolish and devoid of any soul or just not real.

There's a difference (IMO) between someone who like clothing and dresses well and a metrosexual. What about someone with steez?

None of those cats happen to be me...and yes...yerfdog is correct, the whole point of the April 5th post was meant to be a bit of a diversion.

You couldn't be more correct about the metrosexual thing...it's really bad terminology and a topic I'll certainly cover on the blog in the future.

Steez is not a digg...it's just a slang for style (with ease) and I'm not aware of a negative conotation associated with it.

Not at all negative. In fact, I think that it started out as Method Man's thing (correct me if I'm wrong), and I doubt that he would want a term similar to 'metrosexual' attached to him.

People on this board with steez:

Baron
Cheap
LA Guy
Sauce
ayn
lowery
