Established in 1949 in the dead center of post-WWII black market of Tokyo later known as Ameyoko in Ueno, Hinoya champions the real American heritage especially through the culture of vintage denim. With such dense knowledge in jeans by representing Japanese brands such as Sugar Cane and Evisu, Hinoya launched the original brand named “Burgus Plus” after over 60 years in business.

The red tab was for the limited edition. The new release has a much nicer antiqued leather patch compared to some of their standard line...a nice improvement. Leather at the pocket corners too in between the rivets...

I have a pair of these. Good construction and all that jazz. Haven't worn them enough to develop fades but they seem like a good "budget" jean.
