Paul Stuart "Stuart's Choice" Brown Monkstraps US 9D

I have a pair of gently worn brown monkstraps by Paul Stuart. These are the higher end "Stuart's Choice" line, which is either made by Grenson or Edward Green, I believe. They are listed a US 9D, but I would say these are best for a US 8.5D or 9C. Shoe trees are not included.
They've been worn about a dozen times. I did add a 2nd buckle hole on each strap because the shoes were too tight with at the set buckle hole. This still didn't help hence they've been sitting in the closet untouched for awhile now. As the pictures show, the right shoe has a little more creasing than the left and there's some scratching at the ankles, so a good polish is in order to get the scuff on the right toe out as well, but I imagine the patina would be fantastic on these. Heels are in great shape with the heel plates. Soles are in great condition as well due to limited wear.
I'm asking $140 $125 OBO shipped CONUS with pp. Measurements are as follows for the sole:
Length - 11.75"
Width (widest point) - 4.125"
